Booking and Payment

Booking a tour with Respect Egypt Tours requires depositing confirmation of the reservation. The deposit amount will vary depending on the tour package. Any amount due should be paid before commencing the tour. Various methods of payment are accepted, including credit cards, wire transfers, and PayPal. Also, remember that payment in full is required before commencing your tour to guarantee your reservation.

Pricing

The prices for any of the tours offered by us are all paid in US Dollars (USD). They may vary at any point in time without prior notice because of changes in the currency's value used, increases in suppliers’ pricing, or any other unforeseen factors. The booking was received, and the price is charged, hence forebay, in case new government taxes come into the formulation or escarpment expenses increase. Any such changes will be communicated to you.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate everyone has other priorities sometimes. If you can no longer go for the chosen tour, make the arrangements and should inform us at the earliest opportunity. It is acceptable to write a notice of cancellation within the required notice period. The amount required as a cancellation fee depends on most of the comparative level of cancelation notice for the tour date. Cancellations in a specific duration falling before the tour dates may attract penalties, whereby all the detour costs may apply. When you complete the booking, you will see the relevant lines detailing cancellation charges.

Changes and Modifications

For travel other than that which is specified in the terms and conditions of this agreement, extra costs will be incurred, and upon request only. Unpredictably, high alterations to departure timing may be through rebooking. Respect Egypt Tours Management has full rights to change the itinerary of the tours booked because of unavoidable events, including but not limited to bad weather, safety issues, and government. Changes will be made and communicated to the clients on time and alternatives, if any given.

Travel Insurance

Every traveler should get an all-inclusive trip protection which includes trip interruption, medical, general liability, missed baggage, etc. Respect Egypt Tours shall not be liable to meet any expenses that arise because of lack of obtaining the required insurance. When taking out coverage please, make sure it fits the regions and activities which will be part of your tour.

Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

The traveler must possess a valid passport and any pertinent visa or travel permit during the period of the respective tour. Kindly confirm the Egyptian visa requirements well before the dates of your planned trip to Egypt. Respect Egypt Tours shall not be liable for any consequences related to improperly completed or missing travel documents.

Health and Safety

The well-being of each employee is one of our highest priorities. However, we also prioritize the peace of mind and safety of our clients. It is the responsibility of each traveler to be in good health and fit enough to join the tour. Physicians’ advice, medical conditions, and particular dietary requirements are necessary to be provided in advance. Respect Egypt Tours reserves the right to not cater to anyone who, in their opinion, may be a hazard either to himself or to others because of his/her medical condition, which may elicit a negative outcome.

Liability

Respect Egypt Tours together with its partners, makes all reasonable attempts to maintain your safety and satisfaction while traveling. We will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accidents, delays, or irregularities that may take place. This includes services delivered by third-party suppliers like airlines, hotels, or transportation. By making reserve us, you understand that there are risks that accompany travel and you agree to absolve Respect Egypt Tours of any claims.

Complaints and Disputes

We try to go above and beyond what is expected of us on a tour, but if you experience any problems, please report them as soon as they occur so that they can be dealt with promptly. However, if the matter remains unresolved, the matter may be escalated, and a formal written complaint may be filed within thirty (30) days of the last day of the tour. We will investigate and respond to any complaints within a reasonable time and about them in a reasonable period. If any disagreements arise, our contradictions will be resolved according to the laws of Egypt.

Privacy and confidentiality

Respect Egypt Tours will try to uphold and protect the privacy of the clients of the company. We understand the importance of protecting our client’s data, ensuring that it is only used for organizing their travel and not exploited by any third party for marketing without their explicit consent unless mandated by law. We comply with several regulations regarding securing information and comply with several information safety standards.

Governing Law

The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt govern these terms and conditions and stress their jurisdiction and law. Respect Egypt Tours gives notice that any dispute, claim, or other legal proceedings regarding these terms shall be dealt only with the courts of Egypt.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a reserve for Respect Egypt Tours, you agree to these terms and conditions and that you have read them. You must keep checking these terms from time to time, especially if you are engaging in the activities that are covered by those terms, as they will change.

Force majeure

Respect Egypt Tours shall not be liable for any loss of performance of its obligations under the said terms and conditions if such loss is because of events not within the reasonable control of Respect Egypt Tours which include but are not limited to, any act of God, war, civil disorder, strikes, earthquakes, epidemic outbreaks, and governmental measures. We’ll assist in finding alternatives or rescheduling the trip, but reimbursement may not be an option.

Special Requests

In case you wish to make any special requests (for example, some food preferences, certain room types, occasions), please let us know while making the request. While we will try to accommodate the requests received, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment, and any associated costs will be charged to the client.

Conduct and Behavior

Respect Egypt Tours shall be under no obligation to deliver any service to any participant whose conduct & behavior is inappropriate or offensive, disruptive, or has the potential to compromise the health of other participants. This includes actions that could endanger other participants’ enjoyment or safety, or breach the local culture and laws. Participants will be held responsible for all excess expenditures resulting from tour removal, with no reimbursement offered.

Photography and Marketing

As you join our tours, you agree that the company Respect Egypt Tours shall own the rights to images and photos or video footage captured during the tour for any marketing or promotional purpose unless you contact us in writing and tell us to not do it. We respect your privacy and promise not to use any images in a compromising or embarrassing manner.

Limitations of Responsibility

Respect Egypt Tours is a facilitator between you and the accommodation, transportation, and other services providers. Although the partners are chosen with great care, we do not bear responsibility for the actions of these third parties. Complaints coming from these services are the responsibility of the services themselves.

Age and Eligibility

There may be age limits or other eligibility criteria for some tours. Make sure to review the tour information for full participant eligibility. Legal custodians/ parents must accompany participants younger than 18 years old.

Group Sizes

Participants in a tour determine quality and meaning. The tour details will indicate the minimum and maximum group size. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Respect Egypt Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour. Here, you will either receive a full refund or opt to join a different, wonderful tour.

Optional Activities

Please be informed that there may be additional activities (optional) for you to do during your tour that are not factored into the tour bundle. Other operators arrange these activities and may carry a risk in participation. Respect Egypt Tours is not liable for any problems or events that may occur during these extra activities.
