Payment:

In order to confirm your reservation, complete the payment form available on the Respect Egypt Tours website. Please fill out the form with your personal information, group size, individual names, passport numbers, valid credit card number, and any other relevant details. We accept all credit card types that are supported by your bank, and the full tour fee will be charged once your booking is confirmed.

Installment Policy:

At Respect Egypt Tours, we understand that paying for a tour all at once can be challenging for some clients. Therefore, Respect Egypt Tours offers installment payment options to make paying for your tour easier. Our installment payment option allows you to pay for your tour in three installments.

The first installment payment of 25% of the full tour price is due at least 60 days prior to the tour start date.

second installment payment of 25% of the full tour price is due at least 45 days prior to the tour start date.

The last installment payment of 50% of the full tour price is due at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.

Please note that failure to make payments as per the above schedule may cause cancellation of your tour reservation with Respect Egypt Tours, as specified in our cancellation policy. We recommend making payments in a timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of your tour and to avoid any inconvenience.

At Respect Egypt Tours, we understand some clients may to pay for their tour early. Whenever you would like to pay earlier with Respect Egypt Tours for any kind of tour, please let us know in advance. We will accept early payments and issue a receipt for your payment.

Please note that our cancellation policy still applies if you choose to make early payments. Your cancellation policy will determine the amount of your refund or penalty if you need to cancel your tour after making an early payment.

We recommend you make on the scheduled due dates to avoid any possible confusion or inconvenience. However, if you make early payments, Respect Egypt Tours Team will do their best to accommodate your request and ensure a smooth payment process.

Cancellation:

We understand plans can change, and canceling your tour may be necessary. To proceed with canceling, kindly send us a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation fees apply depending on the number of days before your arrival date. The following scale of charges will be applied:

61 days or more before arrival: 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

60 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price will be charged.

29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.

6 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation for holidays and events:

Please note that Respect Egypt Tours has a cancellation policy during the holiday season.

From the booking date until 61 days before your arrival date: 25% of the total tour price will be charged.

Between 60 and 31 days before your scheduled arrival date: 50% will be charged with the total tour price.

Between 30 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival date: 75% will be charged with the total tour price.

Between 14 and 1 day before your scheduled arrival date: 100% will be charged with the total tour price.

Please note that your booking confirmation will clearly state any non-refundable deposits or fees.

Cancellation by Respect Egypt Tours:

We promise at Respect Egypt Tours that if you book a tour with us and pay a deposit or full payment, it will depart as planned unless there are necessary changes to the itinerary or safety concerns.

Once a booking is confirmed with Respect Egypt Tours, they will not cancel the reservation for any tour product, except in cases of ‘Force majeure.’ This term refers to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the company’s control. or unforeseen circumstances outside of Respect Egypt Tours’ reasonable control. If a tour is canceled by Respect Egypt Tours before the agreed date of departure for reasons not arising from the fault or negligence of or within the reasonable control of the client, the client shall have the following choices:

• Accepting from Respect Egypt Tours a substitute tour product of equivalent or superior value where such a substitute is reasonably available.

• Accepting from Respect Egypt Tours a substitute tour of lower value if no tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available and recovering from Respect Egypt Tours the price difference between the originally purchased tour and the substitute tour.

• Accepting from Respect Egypt Tours a full refund of all monies paid for the canceled tour product(s), or the client can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date.

Respect Egypt Tours is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the client may have incurred as a result of the canceled booking, including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc. Respect Egypt Tours reserves the right to issue a full refund at its sole discretion instead of the choices above. If there is a situation where an important part of a tour cannot be offered once the trip has started, the Respect Egypt Tours team will do their best to arrange for a suitable alternative. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative, or if the client reasonably rejects any suitable alternatives, Respect Egypt Tours may provide a refund for unused products or services as determined at its discretion.

Refund Policy:

If you are entitled to a refund from our tourism company Respect Egypt Tours, we will process the refund through the same account and method of payment that you used for the original transaction. Please note that there may be specific requirements to consider when seeking a refund. To confirm eligibility, kindly consult your tour provider or review the terms and conditions of your purchase. If your refund is delayed, it is appropriate to reach out to your bank and adhere to their specified procedures. Our goal in Respect Egypt Tours is to make our services easy and fair for all customers.

Collection:

At Respect Egypt Tours, we require payment in full to confirm your booking. Our packages, day tours, Nile cruises, or even car transfers can be paid for in USD, and there are several payment options available, including payment through our website, wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal.

Kindly be aware that if you opt to pay for a service on our Respect Egypt Tours website beforehand through a credit card transaction, there will be an extra 3% bank fee.
